The continuous growth of Thanh Phu Packaging JSC is thanks to our employees, who are our most valuable assets. The Board of management of Thanh Phu is therefore committed to continuously building our corporate culture, on-the-job trainings, process improvements, a balance of family and work life, and a safer working environment for our employees.

Our Team Building

Our strong teamwork spirit and culture is reinforced through the annual team building activity. We are extremely proud of our team resilience and perseverance to sail through the worst Covid situation that has hit Ho Chi Minh in 2021.

Our Training

Our team is constantly upgrading skills through training courses such as PACE management skills training, Food safety training, FSSC training and so on.

Our Event

Our participation in events always serves a greater purpose of spreading positive values to the community. This includes motivating students at Can Tho university to overcome difficulties through the scholarship fund sponsored by Thanh Phu, and highliting sustaible packaging solutions at worldwide fairs.
